Helt App Refund Policy
Sellers on the app are advised to ensure products sent to customers match the exact products specifications posted on the seller`s page.
Products sold and supplied must be in working condition and must conform to standards and specifications.
A buyer is eligible for refund if product bought does not conform to standards and specifications or product is faulty.
A buyer must report any fault or unsatisfactory product to support@helt-app.com within 7 days of receipt.
The buyer must also contact the seller and have the product returned for a refund.
If an amicable solution is not met, the buyer must contact us at support@helt-app.com for a resolution
Eligibility. for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
- Medications (unless expired)
- Consumables
Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to seller`s error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Shipping
- Please contact seller for return shipping address.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Buyer must confirm receipt of replacements or refunds to us at Support@helt-app.com
